 Got Married!

I married one of my "dates," so obviously it worked for me. My wife had met several guys through FriendFinder, went out with one for a short time, but was happier when she met me. She didn't have any horror stories to tell. She didn't get stalked or anything like that, and she was a model, so you can guess that she is quite attractive.

FriendFinderis a site for attractive women willing to post a photo. For everyone else, it's a waste of time. The new profile of a woman with a photo will get dozens, perhaps hundreds of e-mails. Of course, most of these men will not have read her profile.

This is about the lowest responding website on the web. You can't even meet many skuzzy women on this website. If you meet a women here, it is usually only for sex.

The is a truly trashy website. It taught the others how to con and scam you. Back in 1999, they were keeping inactive profiles up for over a year with no indication of when the last time the user was online. The male to female ratio is atrocious. I got one letter in all my time there, and it was from a guy asking me a question. The foreign sites and other sites they have are just as bad as the main Friend Finder site. I am sorry that 1 star is as low as I can go. I was back there a few months ago, and see that very little has changed in all that time. |

I found the quantity and quality of the singles to be low compared with other sites. It costs money to do most anything on the site, including just browsing ads.

A Total rip off

I sent hundreds of responses out over a three month period on FriendFinder. All I got were responses from fake women who had porn sites.

Poor Site

Most of the listings on this site are very outdated. If you do not pay, you can not look at the photo or profile. If you pay their largest fee and become a gold member, you can look at all the profiles and photos, but most are inactive and very dated. The free members cannot contact or view your info. unless you yourself pay an additional fee to allow the "standard" members to contact and view you. The sites advertised number of members looks attractive until you pay and become a member. Honestly, this group of sites is a real rip off and is not as advertised. The friend finder folks run numerous web sites for all races and groups (amigos.com, out personals, jewish personals, etc, etc..., but all have one thing in common - huge numbers of inactive/old listings. The site administrators never clear/update their databases and actually refuse to do so, after all who would want to join if you found out that 90% of the listings were unavailable or out of date in some way??
